WorkEasy.team is a software that companies use for time tracking, scheduling, managing time off, storing employee documents, and managing company assets. If your company is using WorkEasy.team, your manager will invite you to join.
Once you’ve joined, you can view your schedule, timesheets, and time off balance. Plus you can clock in/out, swap shifts, donate shifts, drop shifts, and request time off.
- Your manager will invite you to use the WorkEasy.team. If you haven’t received an email from us, please ask your manager to invite you or resend the invitation email.
- Check your email inbox for a User Registration email from WorkEasy.team.
- Open the email and select Activate Account. You will be directed to a Workeasy.team page to set your password.
- Enter and confirm the desired password then click Change.
- A confirmation page will display.
Once the password has been configured you will be able to log in using the email address and password. To log in go to app.workeasy.team.

WorkEasy.team has made it easier for you to keep track of your daily activities anywhere and from your own mobile device using our free mobile app.
Once you have been invited to use WorkEasy.team you will be able to use the same email address and password to access our mobile app.
- Download the WorkEasy.team from the app store:
- Open the app.
- Enter your username and password.
- Select Sign in.
