Update an employee’s hourly pay rate from the employee profile.
- From the left navigation menu, select Employees, then click Employee List.
- Select the employee whose pay rate you want to update.
- In the employee profile, select Employment.
- Under Compensation, select the edit icon.
- In the Pay Rate field, enter the new hourly pay amount, then select the save icon.
Important: The updated pay rate applies to future timesheet calculations moving forward. Previously processed payroll or historical timesheets are not automatically recalculated.
