Use the Notifications page to review notification categories and manage notification preferences for email, mobile app, and web app alerts.
Available notification types vary based on enabled modules, features, and system configuration.
Navigate to notifications
- Go to Notifications.
- Select a notification category, such as General or Background Tasks.
- Review the configured notification preferences in the Preferences panel.
Add a notification preference
- Go to Notifications.
- Select the add icon in the Preferences panel.
- In the Add Preference window, select the applicable Notification Types option.
- Select one or more Carrier options:
- Mobile App
- Web App
- Optional: Select Do Not Disturb, then select the applicable From and To times.
- Select Enabled to activate the notification preference.
- Select Save.
Edit a notification preference
- Go to Notifications.
- Select the notification category that contains the preference you want to update.
- In the Preferences panel, select the edit icon.
- In the Edit Preference window, update the notification settings as needed.
- Select Save.
Remove a notification preference
- Go to Notifications.
- Select the notification category that contains the preference you want to remove.
- In the Preferences panel, select the delete icon.
- Confirm the removal if prompted.

| Carrier | Defines how the notification is delivered through email, mobile app, or web app alerts. |
| Do Not Disturb | Suppresses notifications during the selected time range. |
| Enabled | Activates or disables the notification preference. |
Notification preferences can be configured differently for each notification type.
