- Download the Workeasy.team mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the Workeasy.team mobile app and log in.
- Tap Time Off Requests under the My Portal tab.
- Tap the menu icon, then select Add.
- Complete the request details:
- Type – Select a time off type, such as Sick, Vacation, or Personal.
- Duration – Select Full Day, Half Day, or Hours.
- Date Range – Select the applicable date or dates.
- Comments – Add any additional information.
- Tap the checkmark icon to submit the request.
A confirmation message appears at the top of the screen when the request is submitted successfully.
Request Statuses
Time off requests can have one of the following statuses:
- Pending – Awaiting manager approval.
- Accepted – Approved by your manager.

Rejected – Denied by your manager.
A push notification is sent to your mobile device when the status of a request changes.
